“You lack the required entitlement to use this resource”

The server key isn’t registered to the Cfx.re account that bought the script. Generate the key on the same account at portal.cfx.re or contact us to move the asset.

“Failed to verify protected resource”

Your FiveM server artifact is too old. Update to the latest recommended artifact.

The UI doesn’t open / is blank

Make sure you didn’t rename the resource folder.
Clear the FiveM cache (%localappdata%/FiveM/FiveM.app/data/cache).
Check the F8 console for errors and send them to us.

Database errors on start

Make sure oxmysql starts before the script and your database connection string works — the tables are created automatically on start.

When asking for help, include the resource version, your framework and the full console error.
